Interactive educational exhibition "The Weather's Secrets ..." is being organized by TITAN in Efkarpia, Thessaloniki. It is a fascinating tour of the world of Meteorology through its evolution over the centuries and the instruments that it uses today for the interpretation of weather phenomena and the effects of climate change. The design and scientific supervision of the exhibition belong to the National Observatory of Athens and specifically to the Scientific Wind Meteorological Team of meteo.gr.
"The Weather's
Secrets ..." are presented in three thematic sections while the
combination of videos, simulations, experiments and interactive applications
offers to visitors
the opportunity to build the creation and evolution of
weather phenomena, with particular emphasis on the intense weather phenomena
and how to be protected by them.
Διαδραστική, εκπαιδευτική έκθεση «Του Καιρού τα Μυστικά...» διοργανώνει το ΤΙΤΑΝ στο εργοστάσιο με έδρα την Ευκαρπία Θεσσαλονίκης. Πρόκειται για μία συναρπαστική περιήγηση στον κόσμο της Μετεωρολογίας, από την εξέλιξή της ανά τους αιώνες και τα όργανα που χρησιμοποιεί σήμερα, έως την ερμηνεία των καιρικών φαινομένων και τις επιπτώσεις της κλιματικής αλλαγής. Ο σχεδιασμός και η επιστημονική επιμέλεια της έκθεσης ανήκουν στο Εθνικό Αστεροσκοπείο Αθηνών και συγκεκριμένα στην Επιστημονική Ομάδα Εκπαιδευτικής Μετεωρολογίας «Περί Ανέμων & Υδάτων» του meteo.gr. «Του Καιρού τα Μυστικά...» παρουσιάζονται σε τρεις θεματικές ενότητες ενώ ο συνδυασμός βίντεο, προσομοιώσεων, πειραμάτων και διαδραστικών εφαρμογών προσφέρει την ευκαιρία σε μικρούς και μεγάλους επισκέπτες να εμπεδώσουν τη δημιουργία και την εξέλιξη των καιρικών φαινομένων, δίνοντας ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στα έντονα καιρικά φαινόμενα και τον τρόπο προστασίας από αυτά.

The design and the scientific curation of the exhibition belong to the National Observatory of Athens and in particular to the Meteo.gr Educational Meteorology Scientific Team. "The Weather of the Secrets ..." are presented in three thematic modules while the combination of videos, simulations, experiments and interactive applications offers the opportunity to students and adults to observe the evolution of weather phenomena with particular emphasis on severe weather phenomena and how to protect by them.
